Wabi AI Not Working? Common Fixes
Wabi launched to the public on October 19, 2026, and new apps often wobble under launch-week load. Work through these general fixes in order. This page collects standard troubleshooting steps — it is not an official support page.
First: are you running the real app?
Several unrelated apps are also called “Wabi”. The AI assistant's developer is Wabi, Inc. If your app is a phone-number or car-rental service, you have the wrong one — reinstall using the official download steps.
Login problems & missing verification codes
- Check your spam/junk folder — first emails from a new service often land there.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another code; rapid repeats can throttle delivery.
- Make sure you're checking the same email address you signed up with.
- Update the app — launch-week fixes ship frequently — then fully restart it.
Email or calendar won't connect
- Disconnect the account inside Wabi, then reconnect it — this refreshes permissions.
- Check that the account itself is signed in and syncing on your device.
- If your email is a work account, your organisation's admin policy may block third-party connections.
App crashes, freezes or a thread won't load
- Force-quit and reopen the app.
- Check your connection — Wabi runs in the cloud, so it needs the internet for everything.
- Update to the latest version, or reinstall (your data lives in your account, not the install).
- On Mac, quit fully (⌘Q) and relaunch.
Check for an outage
If nothing above helps, it may be on Wabi's side. Check the official site wabi.ai and Wabi's official social accounts for status news, wait a while, and try again. For account-specific problems, use the support contact on the official site — only the Wabi team can see your account.
Still stuck? The app is days old and its help resources are still growing — official channels are the fastest route for anything account-specific.
